Users, passwords and access are stored in the shared Outland database (key site-access), the same project the Overview app uses. Access here controls what each person sees on their home screen and which mode apps open in. Note: this is lightweight internal gating, not hardened security — passwords are visible to you here and stored in plain text (use Show/Copy above to share a password). Turn on “Require sign-in” to make apps refuse direct access — paste the generated guard snippet into each app.
